Walter Samulski Jr

Walter Joseph Samulski Jr, of Canton, Michigan passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023. Walter was born November 3, 1948 in Harbor Beach, Michigan to Walter Sr & Irene (Messing) Samulski.

Loving husband to Diane for 48 years; dear father to Brian, Scott (Jennifer), and Sarah (Michael) Orehek; cherished Papa to Emma, Connor, Smith, Harper, Brady, Cameron, and Sawyer.

He is survived by his sister Marge (Wayne) Dickinson , brother Michael Samulski, brother-In-laws Ron (Pat) Carpenter, and Gary (Barb) Carpenter, sister-in-law Barbara Linn, and many nephews and nieces.

He is preceded in death by his parents Walter & Irene Samulski, his brothers Robert Samulski, his sister Judy (Chuck) Klee, and his brother-in-law David Linn.

Walter will be remembered for his unwavering work ethic and being a provider for his family. He loved working on cars, being outdoors, tending to his lawn, listening to the Detroit Tigers, and hunting in Huron County.

Visitation Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 3 pm to 7 pm with a Rosary service at 6 pm at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home, 45100 Warren Rd., Canton, Michigan, 48187. Instate Monday, November 20, 2023 from 10:30 am until time of Mass at 11 am at St John Neumann Catholic Church, 44800 Warren Rd, Canton, Michigan, 48187.
