Tiberius "Ty" Hugh Fries

Tiberius "Ty" Hugh Fries of Livonia passed away March 11, 2026. He was 9 years old; born January 22, 2017 in Ann, Arbor Michigan to Joshua Fries and Terrin Fries.

Ty was wise beyond his years and left behind several teaching and messages. He had great personal pride in being a "good boy" and improving everyone's life. His smiles beamed happiness and giggles radiated positive energy. He used brilliant problem-solving skills by continually building new and old genuine interpersonal connections with every person he met. He had a unique social genius that allowed him to always be present with his attention; giving with his time; and loved to understand everyone's special individuality.

Ty was the beloved son of Joshua and Terrin Fries. Cherished grandson of Wendi and Douglas Lint, Tom and Barbara Fries, Joe Romanowski and, Tim and Viki Farr. Ty will also be missed by numerous extended family and friends that loved him dearly.

Visitation Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 3-8 pm at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home 30200 Five Mile Rd., Livonia, Michigan 48154. Additional visitation Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 10 am until time of funeral service at 11 am at the funeral home with a luncheon at his favorite restaurant Senate Coney Island Livonia 34359 Plymouth Rd., Livonia Michigan 48150 to follow.
