Robert Carter, of Dearborn Heights passed away November 15, 2023. He was born March 11, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan to Morley and Pearl Carter. Beloved husband of the late Darlene. Loving father of Robert M. (Mary) Carter. Dearest grandpa of Christina Carter, Ian Carter, Brianna Carter, and Rebecca Carter. Dear brother of Joseph (Margaret) Carter. Robert is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday, November 20, 2023 from 3-8 PM at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home, 30200 Five Mile Rd., Livonia, Michigan 48154. Additional visitation Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 9 am until time of funeral service at 10 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery, Flat Rock, Michigan.
