Robert "Bob" Ipavec

Robert (Bob) Allen Ipavec of Livonia, Michigan passed away peacefully with people that he loved by his side on Friday July 10th, 2026. Bob was born April 26, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio to Anton and Marie (Lallo) Ipavec. He lived in the Cleveland area all his life until 2023, until he moved to Livonia, Michigan to be near his daughters. He is the beloved husband of the late Maria Comella-Ipavec. Loving father of Lori (Tom) Moesta, Kim (Tony Parr) Colleran, Lisa (Chris) Lemley and the late Shawn (the late Dawn) Ipavec. He is the dearest grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 5. He is the dearest brother of Toni Ipavec, the late Anthony Ipavec, the late Joan Specht and the late Portia (Ferd) Wolfe.

Instate 10am until the time of mass at 11am, Monday, July 13, 2026 at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 N. Haggerty Rd., Plymouth, Michigan 48170. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, Michigan. Memorial Contributions may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
