Life Story / Obituary
Nancy Ann (Salvia) Quasarano, age 91 of Linden, MI (formerly of
Bloomfield Hills, MI), passed away peacefully on February 21,
2021. She was born on June 21, 1929.
Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Leonard J. Quasarano.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony Salvia and
Vincent Salvia.
Dear mother of Thomas (Joyce) Quasarano, Marie Smead, Phillip
(Laura) Quasarano, Laura (David) Shanley, Nancy (Joseph)
Sierawski, and Lynn (Joseph) Crosby, and sister to Joseph
(Dolores) Salvia and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
What she treasured most was being a loving grandmother to her
25 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Nancy was a self-made successful business owner for over 30
years. She was a natural entertainer and a vivid storyteller, with
a remarkable memory. She will forever be remembered for her
unique musical ability, playing songs by ear - both contemporary
and from bygone days.
Nancy shared these gifts in her retirement years by providing
much joy and comfort to residents in assisted living and nursing
care facilities through her piano performances. Her sense of
humor and ability through her music to “bring out the best in
others” will be missed by all.
Nancy lived out her faithfulness to our Lord by bringing joy and
hope to others; by being a person that others wanted to be
around.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 5-8
p.m., Rosary at 7:30 p.m., at the Neely-Turowski Funeral Home,

celebrated on Saturday, February 27, 2021, at 10 a.m. (instate 9 am) at
