Laura Clara Gillis, died July 26, 2020 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Guy (Sandra), Rose (Frank) Oddo, and Philamena "Tobi" (Larry) Haske. Cherished grandmother of Darin (Christa) Gillis, Giana (Manny) Legace, Lisa Gillis, Stephanie Gillis, Ryan Oddo, Suzette (Roger) Murray, Erik Haske, and Mark Haske. Proud great-grandmother of Chelsea, Dylan, Justyn, Lauren, Manny Jr., Sabrina, Gino and Gianni. Laura was the most loving and dedicated wife, mother, nunnie, and friend who made everyone feel at home. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Visitation Thursday, July 30, 2020 from 2-8 pm with a rosary (time to be determined) at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home, 45100 Warren Rd., Canton. Instate Friday, July 31, 2020 10:30 am until time of Mass at 11 am at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 44800 Warren Rd, Canton. Private entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, Michigan.
