Kathryn M. Lauren

Kathryn Mary Lauren of Livonia passed away April 23, 2026, at the age of 85. She was born December 31, 1940, in Detroit, Michigan to Gervase and Emma Schultz.

Kathryn had a love for gardening and pets, especially her dogs Lu Lu and Sam. She especially loved her backyard pond and doing arts and crafts, especially oil painting, making jewelry, and floral design. She worked as a floral designer for many years. She was very active in her parish at St. Genevieve Catholic Church. She was involved in taking holy communion to residents at local nursing homes. Above all else, she was always helping out neighbors, friends, and anyone she met. She was very devout and loved the lord.

Beloved mother of Michael (Lynn) Kujawski, Cynthia (David) Fella, Thomas Kujawski, and Brian Kujawski. Loving grandmother of Zachary Kujawski, Lindsey Kujawski, and Cooper Kujawski. Dearest great-grandmother of five. She was predeceased by her parents, siblings, and her former spouse Henry Kujawski.

A funeral mass will take place Monday, April 27, 2026 at 11 am (Instate 10 am) at St. Genevieve – St. Maurice Catholic Church, 29015 Jamison St. Livonia, MI 48154. Interment will take place privately on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Ira Township, Michigan.
