Jack (John) Azarovitz

Jack Azarovitz of Livonia passed away Friday October 22, 2021 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Mary Anne for 43 years. Loving dad of Paul (Ginger), Annie (Jordan) Brown. Adored gramps Abigail, Olivia, Paul Jr., and Ava Brown. Proud dad to his chocolate lab, Bentley. Loving brother of Mary Ellyn (the late Tony) Merpi, Elaine (Bill) Biga, Eileen Surma, and Paul R. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Loving brother-in-law of Trish (Jim) Haynes, and Rosie (Dave) Rogers. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Elaine. Jack loved spending time with his family. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching sports and fishing. His love & humor will be dearly missed by all. A Visitation will be held on Monday October 25, 2021 from 3:30pm - 8:00pm with a memorial service held at 7:00pm.
