Henry "Hank" Gorski

Henry “Hank” Gorski of Livonia passed away December 12, 2024 at the age of 86. He was born March 23, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan to Walter and Mary Gorski. Beloved husband of Shirley for 65 wonderful years, who loved most of all his “softness”; loving father of David (Joanne Howard) Gorski, Susan (Michael Kuhl) Gorski, and Jennifer (Jason Washburn) Gorski; dearest Grandfather of Emmett and Auden; dear brother of Angie (Frank) Lusebrink, Hank was predeceased by his siblings Helen (Stanley) Polish, Walter Gorski, and Raymond (Stephanie) Gorski. He was a quiet charmer who made each person feel appreciated and welcome by his warm smile and eye wink, and his dedication to caring for Shirley after she suffered a stroke was an inspiration to all who knew him. Visitation will be Monday, December 16, 2024 from 3-8 pm at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home, 30200 Five Mile Rd., Livonia, Michigan 48154. Instate Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 9:30 am until time of funeral mass at 10 am at St. Priscilla Catholic Church, 19120 Purlingbrook St, Livonia, MI 48152.
