Gary DesChenes of Livonia, Michigan, passed away May 11, 2026 at the age of 62. He was born in Garden City, Michigan to Douglas and Donna DesChenes on September 19, 1963.
Loving husband of Deb DesChenes for 32 wonderful years. Dear father of Garrett DesChenes and Paige DesChenes. Cherished brother of Craig (Katy) DesChenes, Brenda (Mike) Cowan, Susan (Todd Greenlee) DesChenes, and Janet (Keith) Norling. Beloved son of Douglas and the Late Donna. Devoted companion to his dog, Jax. Gary is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and members of the Turchan family.
A private Celebration of Life will be held.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed to American Cancer Society, National Kidney Foundation of Michigan and the St. Louis Center.
