Andrzej Wierzbicki, of Superior Township, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025 surrounded by the love of his family. He was born on November 22, 1949, to Jozef and Wladystawa (Ziminska) Wierzbicki in Rajgrod, Poland.
A devoted and loving father, he is survived by his daughters Monika (Matthew) Miner, and Sue Ellen (T.C.) Gubatayao; and cherished grandchildren Gabriel, Alek, and Krystyna; nieces and nephews, many siblings in Poland, and he will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Andrzej is preceded in death by his parents, siblings; Ryszard and Halina, and his loving wife of 32 years, Krystyna.
Throughout his life, he was known for his faith, his love for his family – especially his grandchildren. His strong traditional values and his work ethic.
Visitation for Andrzej will be held at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 2, beginning at 2PM with reciting of the Rosary at 7PM. 45100 Warren Road, Canton, Michigan 48187. Mass will be held Wednesday, December 3, at 11AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 44800 Warren Road, Canton, Michigan. Burial at St. Hedwig Catholic Cemetery, 23755 Military Rd, Dearborn Heights, will immediately follow Mass. Memorial donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network
