Thomas Hufeld

Thomas Lewis Hufeld, age 84, passed away peacefully November 1, 2017. Born in Toledo, Ohio. Graduated from Scott High School in 1952. Tom served in the Air Force for 4 years. Preceded in death by son Mark. Beloved husband of 62 years to Jean (nee Pommeranz). Loving father of Gregg. Cherished grandfather and great grandfather. Nearest and dearest to Milton Pommeranz family, Mel Pommeranz family and Michael Pommeranz. Lifelong friend and bosom buddy of Larry Moorehead.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-9pm at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home 30200 Five Mile Road (Between Merriman and Middlebelt). Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 1pm at the Funeral Home. Interment Parkview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s research hospital and to Detroit for the Wounded- Wounded Warriors Project.
