Luzbella "Belle" Roe

Luzbella “Belle” Roe of Canton passed away September 28, 2026. She was born November 7, 1942 in Catmon, , Cebu, Philippines to Celestino and Adelaida Dizon.

With her B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, she immigrated to the USA and found work as an analytical chemist in the metal finishing industry; a position which eventually resulted in marrying her beloved husband Daniel “Uncle D” in 1979. Their little inside joke was that “the chemistry was right”. She was known in the family for her beautiful rendition of “Besame Mucho”. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Beloved wife of Daniel. Loving mother of Mitchell Roe. Dearest grandmother of Weston Roe. Dear sister of Gloria (Cesar) Calusco and Leonides (Lourdes) Dizon. She was predeceased by her siblings Camilo Arsenal, Cesar (Jesusa) Arsenal, Lourdes Arsenal, Reynaldo (Beatriz) Dizon, and Marie Antoinette Joy Dizon.

Visitation Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 3-8 pm at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home, 45100 Warren Rd., Canton, Michigan 48187. Funeral service Friday, October 2, 2026 at 10 am at the funeral home. Committal services will follow at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Dearborn Heights, Michigan.
