Frank Jacob Cichostemski, age 91 passed away December 20, 2015. He is preceded in death by siblings Sophie Kirk, Virginia Mazur, Stanley and Walter, and brother in laws Joseph Kirk, Ronald Mortiere, Richard Mazur and sister in law Joann. He is the loving brother of Theresa Mortiere, and Jeanette Wiggle (Thomas). Cherished uncle of Dr Jerry Kirk, Janice Peters (George), Michael, Dr Mark Mortiere, Dr Paul Mortiere (Tresa), Luke Mortiere, Allen Mazur, and Carol Mazur (Hank). Dearest great uncle Jacob, Joseph , Allen Jr, Nicholas, Jennifer, and Vicki. Great great uncle of Hunter,Aliviah, and Myles.
