Virginia A. Steslicki

Steslicki, Virginia age 92 of Livonia. Beloved wife of the late Ralph for 65 happy years. Dear mother of Ralph (Cindy), Mark (Debbie), Tom (Margaret), Mary (Don) Lesh, Jim (Stacey), Kathie (Kurt) Rautenberg, and John (Lynn). Loving grandmother of Jason, Amber, Casey, Michael, Sarah, David, Rachel, Frank, Kristin, Michelle, Jimmy, Adam, Kurt, Karlie, Jake, Dylan and Luke. Great-grandmother of Hudson, Roman, Anna, MacKenzie, Caden, Grace, Claire, Reid, Brooke, Audrey and Avery. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; Stanley and Helen, and 6 siblings. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Virginia's name.

As the matriarch of the Steslicki family, Virginia was devoted to the care of her large family as a loving, nurturing mother. There was nothing more enjoyable to Busia than spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. You will never find a person who loved babies more than Busia.

She always looked forward to family vacations up north, eating golabkis and paczki and hosting Christmas Eve for the family. She enjoyed watching the Detroit Pistons and, most recently, developed a surprising interest in politics. She was an avid reader and crocheter. A visit to Mom’s house always involved a cup of coffee and something sweet.

She will be deeply missed by all.
