Stanley Joseph Michalik Jr., of Canton, passed away November 13, 2021 at the age of 91. He was born March 8, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan to Stanley and Pearl Michalik. Stanley proudly served in the Korean war in the U.S. Army. Beloved husband of Delia for 64 years. Loving father of the late Lynnette Marie Bernadette Michalik-Staffeld, the late Stanley Michael, Lisa Ann (Gary) O'Keefe, Michael Stanley (Andrea Read), and Laurie Margaret Payter. Dearest grandfather of David (Jenni), Adam, Rachel, Daniel, Heidi, Nathan, Stephen, Tanner, and Colleen (Dani). Dear brother of the late Richard (the late Judy), Raymond (Elaine), and Rose (Aaron) Revis. A funeral Mass will take place Monday, November 22, 2021 at 11:30 am (Instate at 10:30 am) at Resurrection Parish, 48755 Warren Rd, Canton, MI 48187, with Military Honors to follow. Interment will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 12:30 pm. Memorial contributions may be directed to VFW Post 6695 or Angela Hospice.
