Sally Flaherty

Sally Lou Flaherty passed away peacefully at home on June 30, 2020 in Livonia, MI. She was 91 years old. Beloved wife to the late Thomas. Loving sister to the late Fred Rumball, and sister in law to the late Ellen.

Devoted mother to Diane (Bill) Johnston, the late Noreen (John) Rzpecki, Daniel (the late Debra) Flaherty, Sally (Scott) Hewett, Michael (Susan) Flaherty, and Thomas (Trish) Flaherty.

Loving grandmother to Casey (Lynsey) Johnston, Cory Johnston, Spencer Hewett, Katelyn (Donovan) Bassuener, Brian Flaherty, Dyllon Flaherty, and Evelynn Flaherty. Loving great grandmother to Eva Johnston and Camila Johnston.

Sally was all about family. We have made many beautiful memories with her. She loved life and never complained about anything. She lived her life always putting her family’s needs ahead of hers. She enjoyed traveling, reading, gardening, and baking. She will be greatly missed, and forever be in our hearts. We are all better people for having her in our lives.
