Robert A. Papler, age 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 21, 2016. Loving husband of 62 years to Joanne. Beloved father of Robert D. (Annette Baker), Laura Savard (John), Dawn Dorsey (Ricky), Nancy Papler Kinjorski (Charles Van Ert), and Trudy Kortes (Andrew). Cherished Poppie of Jacob and Emily Kinjorski, Bradley and Patricia Savard, Ryan, Evan, and Cathryn Kortes, and Richard Dorsey. Dearest great grandfather of Aaliyah and Dylan Dorsey. Brother of Theresa Jimenez and Dennis, and the late Jerome and Gordon. Brother-in-law of Stella Zielinski. He had many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bob worked at Ford Motor Company for 45 years as an engineer. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He also was an avid golfer.
