Belanger, Joseph “Roger” of Livonia passed on January 18, 2021, age 80. Beloved husband of the late Alice for 29 years. Loving dad of Tammy Belanger. Dear grandfather of Cory Krystan, Brandy Krystan, Devon Belanger, and Dillon Belanger. Brother of Patrick Belanger, Richard (Karen) Belanger, Claire (John) Sawicki, and Sue (Jeff) Roark. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents; Narcisse and Blandine. A visitation will be held Friday, 3-8:00 pm, and funeral service Saturday, 11:00 am at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home, 30200 Five Mile Road (between Middlebelt Rd. and Merriman Rd.) Livonia. Interment at Mt. Hope Memorial Gardens.
