Joseph F. Bonello

Joseph Bonello of Livonia passed away April 27, 2022 at the age of 98. He was born April 18, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan to Charles and Josephine Bonello. Joseph proudly served in the US Army Air Force. Beloved husband of the late Mary. Loving father of Dennis (Deborah), Catherine (Joseph) Sommer, and Sharon Bonello-Knight. Dearest grandfather of Jamison (Jacquelyn) Armstrong, Dayna (Colin) Hunt, and Michael (Alexandria) Bonello. Dear great-grandfather of Ian, Lucy, Miles, and Josie. Brother of Edgar. He was predeceased by his siblings Evelyn, Mary, and Alfred. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A memorial Mass will take place Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 9:30 am (gathering at 9 am) with Military Honors to follow at St. Aidan’s Catholic Church, 17500 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Michigan 48152.
