Frances Jean Read

Frances J Read, of Westland, passed away May 23 at the age of 82. She was born April 15, 1941 in Flint, Michigan to the late Roy and Agnes McDermaid. Beloved wife of Ronald N. Read for 59 years. Loving mother of Patrick (Stacey) Read, Pamela (Leonard) Ciuzicki, Martha (George) Sills, and John (Michelle) Read. Dearest Grandmother of Anthony and Joe Read, Amanda and Paige Ciuzicki, George Sills Jr, and Kaitlyn and Ryan Read. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Dear sister of the late Joanne (Don) Puro, and Patricia (Tom) Landskroener. Present sister-in-law of Faith (Jack) Domingue. Funeral mass to be held at Thomas the Apostle Parish in Garden City, June 6 at 10am, followed by a service at St Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn Hts. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to: 1) Priests of the Sacred Heart or 2) Association of Marian Helpers.
