Kline, Fay C., age 90, passed away May 16, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Calvin R. Kline. Cherished mother of Debbie (Paul) DeNapoli and Keith (Korey) Kline. Dearest grandmother of Danielle (Nathan) Carney, Chris DeNapoli, Kameron Kline and Karlee Kline. Loving great-grandmother of Remington Carney. Adored aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Saturday May 25, 12pm until time of funeral service 3pm at Neely-Turowski Funeral Home, 30200 Five Mile Road, Livonia. (Between MiddleBelt and Merriman Rd) Interment Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia.

Fay was born in Calumet (Red Jacket), Michigan to her mother Ester and father Ernest Grathwohl, who was a copper miner. She was the youngest sibling of six children, Laverne (Warner), Joy (Bellville-Gardner), Myra (Maniko), Gordon and Elton Grathwohl. She was a member of Redford Aldersgate United Methodist Church and her favorite pastimes were ice skating, bowling and enjoying a pastie from the U.P.. You could find Fay every Thursday, faithfully, keeping her standing hair appointment at her beauty salon. She began her career as a secretary at Cadillac Motors, left to start a family and then returned to the workforce as an administrative assistant to greet all who entered the front door of Flint Ink, Redford, Michigan where she retired from in 1995.
